Gordon Brush® declares that none of these metals/substances are found in our products and if there are, they pass the allowed threshold by weight. The part(s) do not exceed the maximum concentrations of 0.1% by weight in homogenous materials for lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE), 0.01% for cadmium, Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP).
In addition, Gordon Brush® declares that none of the 224 Substances of Very High Concerns, as listed in REACH, are found in our products or that pass the threshold of 0.1% based on weight.
Moreover, Gordon Brush® declares that none of its products use the 3TG's conflict minerals (tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold), except for acid brushes, part numbers 900431, AB4, AB4N, AB5, AB5N, AB8. Gordon Brush® certifies that its acid brushes are manufactured with tin that is derived from material that is Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) conflict-free.
