Gordon Brush’s Flow-Thru lubrication applicator brushes are created to exceed your expectations! These flow-thru applicator brushes, with NPT (pipe) threads and a round body, provide the user with an effective cleaning tool to complete tough jobs while providing the flow-thru ability for any oil, lubrication, or liquid substances to any type of surface. Our flow-thru lubrication brushes are typically used to apply lubricants to chains, robotic applications, and other moving surfaces. This type of industrial brush creates an effective means of applying oil or a liquid substance to irregularly shaped or moving parts, which is conducive to properly maintaining the efficiency of industrial machinery.

These American made lubrication or applicator brushes can make your cleaning jobs a whole lot easier. The brush design ensures that whatever fluid or substance you are applying to a surface area will distribute evenly and smoothly, even in irregular or hard-to-reach places. Using Gordon Brush’s flow-thru brushes helps prevent dirt build-up on machinery to keep moving parts clean and residue-free so that they perform at their optimal ability.

The bristle material options include horsehair, nylon, polypropylene, or stainless steel depending on your application needs. The bristles are held in place with chemical-resistant glue. Choose Nylon for use with adhesives, petroleum distillates, and solvents. Nylon has a maximum use temperature of 250°F; horsehair to apply paints, lubricants, and sealers. Horsehair has a maximum use temperature of 370°F; polypropylene for water, alcohols, and acids (maximum use temp 200ºF); stainless steel for harsh environments or to simultaneously clean and apply (maximum use temp 500ºF).

These high-volume flow-thru brushes have an aluminum body that can be used in robotic and non-robotic applications. Just like all our other industrial brush supplies, these brushes include a variety of shapes, sizes, bristle material, and thread types. The machine thread design, your choice of either NPT or NPS allows for a secured connection to allow for the high-volume flow-through capability of these brushes.
