Applicator Brushes
Five tons of pressure are applied to each metal brush handle to ensure that the fills remain intact during the most rigorous applications. Other handles are made from Acetal, Nylon or other plastics. The synthetic and natural fills are set in place with Epoxy or special high temperature Epoxy suitable for medical applications where the brush needs to be sterilized. These comfortable, form fitting brush handles can be made using a variety of materials including Aluminum, Brass, Stainless Steel, Zinc Plated Steel, and plastic materials such as Acetal and Nylon. Fill materials include aluminum, brass, hog fill, horse hair, nylon, phosphor bronze, stainless steel, and titanium. Our large selection of fill materials ensures you can have a brush for any application. For example, brass brushes have less corrosion and natural fill brushes can be static dissipative. Many of our Applicator & Acid brushes are Autoclavable, Static Dissipative, or Conductive.
